Horizon Dream Vision is an endeavor to put together series of developmental programs mainly in the field of Education and Research. These programs aim to develop thinkers and problem solvers who are driven with global values and ethics. We work with the goal of relevance, international standards, sustainability and self reliance in every program we design. At Horizon we think, analyze, and don't hesitate in trying out ideas. horizon study lab (hsl)

HSL is a unique program designed and developed by Horizon. We have successfully completed two years with great results. It is available in two modes - HSL@School and HSL@Home.

HSL functions as Math & Language Lab that individualizes the learning process in alignment with the modern educational pedagogies. The key differentiator of the Study Lab is utilizing the full potential of every single student in a highly engaging atmosphere. The Study Lab model is very versatile and dynamic such that during the same class a teacher may work on learning gaps of some students while guiding few beyond the limits of current grade boudaries. Study Lab provides international exposure to students and builds a strong foundation, enabling them to be globally competitive. HSL operates independently within Schools or at Home but strongly complements students' learning experiences.

INDEPENDENT ASSESSMENT

For students of Grade 1 - 10

Horizon Study Lab (HSL) provides an Independent Assessment Service in which a student is evaluated in Mathematics, Logic & Reasoning, and English language. Any student of grades 1 - 10 from any board in India and abroad.

IT Industry level training

Career development planning and execution don't have to be limited to the completion of a professional degrees alone. This approach leads to a disadvantage and time-gap between having a degree and getting timely opportunity to work in an industry.

Horizon Dream Vision has put together an innovative IT Industry Level Training framework that blends highest level of industry training along with professional degrees that the students are undertaking as part of various Engineering and University programs. This program is backed and delivered by highly experienced industry experts as mentors.

Mentorship program

Mentorship plays a key role in nurturing the potential of an individual. At Horizon we conducted a research on the needs of mentorship for various age groups, and came up with the multidisciplinary mentorship program for the students of age 12 and above. In the year 2022, our first batch of 20 students of grade 8 and 9 participated in the mentorship program and produced exemplary outcome.

In Sep 2022, Horizon and IUST jointly organized a one day educational conference on the topic of "Future of Education, Challenges and Opportunities" in which keynote speaker Dr. Wasil Farooq and other distinguished educators from various Schools, Colleges, and Universities took part. Founder Horizon Dream Vision, Mr. Nasir Ali Mirza presented the work carried out under the mentorship program and its outcomes of global repute. Students were felicitated for their exceptional achievements. Program continues its focus on developing self-learning abilities, advanced communication skills, and holistic personality.

art clUB

Art is a great way to develop mind at all ages and all times. Kashmir is famously known for its variety of arts and crafts world over and it is attributed to Amir Kabir Mir Syed Ali Hamdani R.A. Those who accompanied Shah-e-Hamdan to Kashmir were men of arts and crafts who used to manufacture carpets, shawls, paper mache items, wood carving, pottery and calligraphic items.

Horizon Art Club comprises of some renowned and reputed artists. Our Art Club membership is open for boys and girls. We conduct weekly art classes at Horizon Training center at Shamswari, Srinagar.
